I am happy with my husband's care. I feel comfortable whilst he is in Piper Court.
I was very happy with the care my aunt received during her time at Piper Court, no concerns at all.
Everybody is really friendly and makes sure people are looked after.
Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and very helpful good at there jobs and always there when needed and good at explaining things. Breakfast is good evening meals not so good. Overall very satisfied with care of my father.
My overall opinion of Piper Court is good, the staff treat residents with resp[ect. The food is very good and plentiful. It will never be as good as being in their own home but no care home will be. I am satisfied that my mam and dad's all-round needs are generally cared for.
Very good nurses and staff they look after my brother amazingly.
My father was a resident of Piper Court for just four months and in that time I could not fault the care and attention he received. I felt that all the staff from management down were kind and caring, they all took the time to get to know him and I feel they were very genuine. They were professional in their care and above all very friendly to all my family.
My dad has been in Piper Court since February of this year. He has been happy and content and the staff are always there if I need any advice relating to my Dad's welfare. Nothing is any inconvenience to them and they are always ready to help in any circumstance.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My mother is a vegetarian so sometimes finds food is not always adequate. I'm slightly disappointed at the number of activities.
Overall, staff are really good and friendly. The home is clean and residents are well cared for.
Very good.
My mother came into this care home in February after a very poor experience at another care home. The staff here are wonderful, my mother is very happy and so are we. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!
When everyone gave up on my mother they nursed her not only back to health, she is now walking again.
I would sincerely recommend this home to anyone.
It is a caring and compassionate place and they truly look after their patients.
Thank you.
The care home is the best thing for our Mum. She looks so well every time we visit, day or night. I am told if she has bad days and good. I am very pleased with everything.
I cannot fault my mam's care since she joined them, excellent staff, caring and efficient, going beyond what is expected of them, special thanks to the nurses who have always kept me informed and comforted, I know she is safe with you, bless you all.
