The Poplars is a purpose-built care facility that offers long-term and short term Nursing, Residential and Dementia care, via a team of dedicated nursing, care and ancillary staff.
Each resident, and their family, are encouraged to be involved in the development of their own person-centered care plan, which is designed to take care of their medical needs as well as their emotional and mental well-being.

Mum became a resident at The Poplars Nursing Home in October 2015 after a short illness. The care she has received has been excellent with her needs been met. The staff are very warm and welcoming and very professional in all areas.
