My sister had to come into Richmond Court in Willington for emergency respite after being discharged from hospital until a care package was arranged for her at home. The staff made Kelly feel very welcome and provided 100% person-centered care. We felt she was safe and well looked after, and we would definitely recommend Richmond Court to anyone.
We have recently had a few very hard weeks, John's sister Shirley passed away. I have had several calls/texts with staff to plan relating the news to John and planning the funeral. The staff have been brilliant throughout this very difficult time. Staff attended the funeral to assist John, she was amazing, keeping John calm/relaxed, can't speak highly enough of staff. Staff - first class!
My brother-in-law lives at Richmond Court and the staff are always attentive, kind & thoughtful. They go out of their way to ensure he is happy & safe. When he had a significant birthday, they threw a party. Most recently one member of staff accompanied my brother-in-law to a family funeral, helping to keep him settled but also able to participate.
He told me he had had a lovely time. Everyone was nice and he liked all the food, so overall very good.
Lovely clean rooms and facilities. Staff very caring, brother thinks he's staying in a hotel, very well looked after.
The overall experience was great. The cleanliness and room were great and the the staff were excellent.
My Uncle expressed he had a really enjoyable time. Good communication and all clothes came home laundered. Thank you.
Very happy with care being given
I am very pleased with the care my brother recieves he is a lot better in his appearance and hygiene.
He seems a lot happier in himself.
My wife is enjoying her stay and I am informed when I need to know anything about her care. Care staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I have found the staff of Richmond Court to be caring and have a good rapport with my wife. they go above and beyond the services they provide. Having had experienced other care home attitudes with other of my family members I find the above care home to be well above the standards I have witnessed before, I am well prepared to allow my wife to be looked after and provided for by the staff of Richmond Court for as long as she needs.
Staff have endless patience and treat residents with dignity. Dads needs are met and health improved as well as it can. Seasonal celebrations and decor happen regularly.
My mum has been in Richmond Court now for 3 years and since joining R.C. the care she receives from all staff members is wonderful. Her needs over the course of time, having advanced dementia, have increased and the staff have never failed to meet her needs. Regarding management - any concerns or worries I may have are always dealt with and resolved. My mum is loved and cared for and that is the best thing ever and the most important thing to her and myself. R.C. has given her that 100% since being here. Any issues/concerns are dealt with. The staff are brilliant!
No issues from his family

Simpathetic helpfull carring.
As a mother, placing my child in someone else's care was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make, from the very beginning the staff have treated him with such kindness, patience and respect that it has given me Complete peace of mind. They genuinely care about the residents and always make us feel welcome when we visit. Knowing my child is receiving such Compassionate Care means the world to me, I am so grateful to everyone for the Support they have shown, both to my child and to our family. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with dignity, respect and genuine Compassion
I cannot thank the staff enough for the support, kindness and Compassion they have shown my uncle. from the day he arrived everyone has treated him with dignity and genuine care. The staff are always friendly, approachable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure residents are happy, and well looked after, The home is always clean, welcoming and feels like a real home and is clear the staff truly care about every resident. i would highly recommend this Care home to anyone looking for a caring, professional and supportive environment, Thankyou for everything that you all do!
