I informed the lady conducting the review with the social worker that the staff at Raby Cottage, Richmond Court were extremely good at their jobs. One of their qualities was that they treated my brother and other residents with dignity and respect.

Every time we come to visit the care home it smells terrible. I came today and had to leave because the smell is unbearable. The person I visit is always dirty ie her clothes and bed and nightwear is stained.

As a qualified nurse, I recognise good quality care and Richmond Court looked after my father very professionally and to a high standard. Care staff at all levels showed compassion throughout. I am so pleased I chose this for my father and can highly recommend Richmond Court to others with no hesitation.

My husband has recently joined the mixed unit EMI care at Richmond Court.
He has settled in really well and is happy and well care for. As with all difficult decisions in life, if you have support and help from people who can answer questions and give solutions, you have the best possible outcome to what has been a worrying and stressful time in our lives.

I am and I am sure my husband is too, very happy we found Richmond Court and their caring staff.
