My Mam moved to this home two weeks ago and her family could not be happier. The care is brilliant and Mam gets plenty food and drink. She is always clean and well presented, you can tell she gets regular baths. All of the carers are very friendly and they cannot do enough for you.

Overall Experience

All of the staff - nurses, carers, domestics, admin, laundry, kitchen, maintenance and management, were at all times pleasant, friendly and welcoming to myself and other family members when we visited.

They give excellent care to a high standard, being friendly and professional at all times. Communication was excellent and I cannot praise the team enough.
I would not hesitate to use this care service again.

Thank you

The staff at Brancepeth Court, Willington Care Village, did a wonderful job in looking after my very elderly mother. Always patient and kind, every one of them. Above all, I think the most important thing was that they really got to know my mam and understand her. They seemed to like her and care for her personally and she certainly liked them and trusted them. They seemed to be like this with everyone no matter how busy.

My aunt is 99 this month and has been at Brancepeth Court for nearly 2 years when she had a chance to move nearer her friends and home village, she refused saying she "could not be cared for better." All the staff from nurses to cooks and cleaners show the utmost care and respect for my aunt and I'm very thankful that she has such care.

From the first day I visited the home to find out if it would be suitable for my mum, the staff were helpful and very welcoming.

Now mum is a resident it is proved to have a very homely feel and it's like having an extended family.

All the staff were friendly, excellent, respectful. Nothing was too much trouble and greeted by everyone I passed coming in. Felt very happy that dad was there because everyone was so good to him and the family. Would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I are very pleased with the care and attention afforded to our dear friend. The staff are always very attentive and listen carefully to her to establish her needs.
They are extremely accommodating and pleasant with visitors.
The facilities are always clean, tidy and there is an air of freshness about the facilities which is most welcome in such a setting.

Our congratulations go to all involved in setting up and maintaining his well-run facility.

My husband was admitted to Brancepeth Court as a respite care resident. This was due to myself being hospitalised. I am his prime carer. He was treated really excellently as was I. Food was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for him and our family. A really lovely place, would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Safety was excellent. He needed bed rails which were quickly provided.
