From the first day I visited the home to find out if it would be suitable for my mum, the staff were helpful and very welcoming.
Now mum is a resident it is proved to have a very homely feel and it's like having an extended family.

All the staff were friendly, excellent, respectful. Nothing was too much trouble and greeted by everyone I passed coming in. Felt very happy that dad was there because everyone was so good to him and the family. Would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I are very pleased with the care and attention afforded to our dear friend. The staff are always very attentive and listen carefully to her to establish her needs.
They are extremely accommodating and pleasant with visitors.
The facilities are always clean, tidy and there is an air of
freshness about the facilities which is most welcome in such a setting.
Our congratulations go to all involved in setting up and maintaining his well-run facility.

My husband was admitted to Brancepeth Court as a respite care resident. This was due to myself being hospitalised. I am his prime carer. He was treated really excellently as was I. Food was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for him and our family. A really lovely place, would not hesitate to recommend
it to anyone. Safety was excellent. He needed bed rails which were quickly provided.
