Choosing a care home for a loved one is one of the most important decisions you may need to make in your lifetime. The care and respect my mam receives from all members of staff is outstanding. I have noticed the staff treat each resident as an individual with individual needs. The home is kept clean and tidy and the decor is bright and cheerful. There is always plenty to choose of food and drinks. The staff are always welcoming and cheerful even though their jobs at times must be very stressful. My mam is happy and settled, to turn around and say Holly Lodge Care Home is home from home shows to me how happy my mam is and that makes me happy as it proves to choose Holly Lodge was the right decision. This is all down to the hardworking staff. I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend Holly Lodge Care Home.
Since coming in the care home in November last year my Mam has received great care from everyone involved. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for my Mum, anything she needs they are there for her. I would recommend this home to anybody who needs care for an elderly family member.

Very friendly approachable staff who guided us through the first few days of my uncle stay at Holly Lodge. Whenever I visit, I am always greeted with happy friendly faces and a very welcome offer of a hot drink. The care and attention he received can't be faulted. Decisions that had to be made was always of the best intentions for him and was explained. There seemed to be lots of different activities going on during the week which visitors are welcome to join in. This was my first experience with a care home and thankfully they helped make it pleasant one.
