St Helen's is such a wonderful home with genuinely caring staff who consistently go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels comfortable, supported and valued. From the moment you walk in, there is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that really makes the place feel like a true home rather than just a care facility.

The staff are always kind, patient and attentive, treating every resident with dignity and respect. It is clear how much dedication and compassion they put into their work each day, and their hard work never goes unnoticed. Communication is excellent and they always take the time to help both residents and families feel reassured and supported.

Thank you to all the amazing team at St Helen's for everything you do. Your kindness, professionalism, and commitment make such a positive difference to the lives of the residents and their families. Keep up the fantastic work - you should all be very proud of what you do!

The St Helen's Team are amazing. They have supported not just my father, but our whole family through a very emotionally difficult time. We were immediately welcomed into their care home environment as though we were extended family. The care showed to residents to meet their physical, nutritional and emotional needs is very evident. All residents appear happy and interact well with each other and staff. Facilities are clean and well maintained, with appropriate spaces available to meet the various needs of the residents. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Helen's to anyone. They should be proud of what they achieve day to day and the care they provide. Thank you to all.

I visited my brother who is a resident with my husband and son. We were delighted and impressed by everything we saw at St Helen's Care Home. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, my brother was obviously well cared for and had an excellent rapport with the staff. He seems contented and settled there and is safe. He was clean and tidy and was treated with dignity by the staff. The care home is tranquil with a lovely garden and seems very well run by the staff and home manager. My brother said that the food was very nice too.

Mam has lived here for over 12 months now and I could not be happier with the care she has received/receives from the first week she moved there. Mam had lived at 3 previous places and did not meet her needs. St Helens staff are so caring and approachable, they really do care and put the residents first, great interaction and many activities happening relevant to each individual, person centred care at its best. I have no hesitation in recommending this place of residence for your loved ones.

My uncle was in, he just died. He was looked after so well. Our family was so grateful for the best care he got. Every one of the staff were so kind. He was so happy with his stay at St Helens Care Home, he loved going in the garden when it was sunny and they had fairs and things on with the music on.

This care home is a breath of fresh air. Every time we visit here the staff are interacting with the residents and are very welcoming to visitors. Karaoke is usually on the go with staff and residents dancing and singing. What I really like about this home is it's the same staff members who are there to greet you which shows there isn't a great staff turnover, meaning the residents and visitors can build great relationships with the carers.

Unfortunately due to work and domestic pressures, I have been unable to visit my great aunt very often lately.
However on my recent visit I was absolutely delighted to see how things are constantly improving. The arrival of the new manager made such a difference last year and her ongoing work and commitment are showing at the home. The team make time to listen and understand my aunt's needs, as well as ensuring she is cared for - something that was inconsistent previously.

In addition, the environment is improving all of the time - with the bedrooms having had a recent makeover - something I understand that was instigated by the manager. In summary, I am pleased with the care my aunt receives and would highly recommend St Helens for anyone needing the specialist care it provides - thank you on behalf of a very grateful great niece and happy and settled great aunt.

My mam has been in the care of the staff at St Helens Care home for a number of years and I would like to praise them all for the exceptional care my mam received during her time there, especially in her last few weeks/days.
My mam unfortunately passed away a little less than a week ago and the staff from cleaners to nurses have shown so much love, support and compassion. I would highly recommend the home to anyone.
As a family, we knew my mam was in safe hands at any time of day and the right decisions were always made.

A massive thank you!
