My father was cared for at Redwell Hills from February 2018 until his death in January 2019. The care he received was outstanding and we cannot express the depth of gratitude we feel to all members of staff for the understanding, respect, kindness and compassion they consistently showed to Dad. From the moment we first entered Redwell Hills, we felt welcomed and at home - there is a wonderful sense of warmth about the atmosphere and the home is kept immaculately clean. Most of all, we cannot praise highly enough the quality of the care Dad received during his final days - the staff treated him like he was their own father and, at the same time, showed the greatest kindness and compassion to us. We would recommend Redwell Hills without reservation.

The nurses are very efficient and always have time to explain any issues with us, they are very quick to bring in professional help when needed. Redwell Hills provides residents with a pleasant environment and we have spent time in the attractive garden area together.
