My dad was recently with Sandringham until 3 weeks ago he was in for end of life care. He was in unit 1 the staff were fabulous especially going through Covid going on. They were brilliant with him and us they made us feel important.

My wife has been in Sandringham Care Home for over 3 years in unit 2.
It has always been warm and welcoming and the staff invariably pleasant and helpful. The level of care and empathy with the residents that I have witnessed has been good (to very good). My wife seems very much at 'home' there and
our family are glad Sandringham are caring for her! Thank you!

My Dad was a resident at Sandringham short term for end of life care. My Mam is a long term resident. Staff and Management are excellent. The food is excellent catering for all dietary needs. Activities Staff, Laundry and Hairdressing are all excellent. The garden areas are very nice and secure.

I find this care home to have very friendly staff and management. Nothing is a problem for them to resolve. The care home itself is very clean and very fresh looking to a high standard.
There is a very warm welcoming atmosphere whenever we visit the home. I would have no hesitation whatsoever, recommending
this home.

The process of transferring my Aunt from Hospital into Sandringham was dealt with efficiently and professionally by all members of Sandringham staff.
My Aunt was made to feel very welcome from the moment she arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Management, administration staff, care and maintenance
staff could not be more helpful. Everyone has been very informative. I felt comfortable asking questions and approaching staff.
My Aunt has a lovely large, clean room, and I cannot fault anything about this. Carers are really helpful; show patience and professionalism.
The bathing facilities were greatly welcomed and appreciated by my Aunt, and the food is good and plentiful too.
I would recommend this care establishment to friends and family.

I have many years of experience of Sandringham, with one parent resident for long term dementia care and one for short term end of life care, both experiences have been as good as they could be.
The care home is spacious with a nice secure garden area.
All the staff are exceptionally friendly, professional
and caring, providing exactly the care my parents needed.

I have already recommended this home on many occasions to friends and their families with much appreciation from them in doing so. My Auntie has been in approximately two years and any problems arising have been addressed and quickly sorted. My Mother in Law had a stroke and subsequently had to receive
permanent care. I had no hesitation this would be the best place for her to be cared for. Myself and the family are very satisfied with her care plan.

The building is adequately warm. I am given my meds at the correct time. When my health is poor, the staff get me the appropriate health care. I feel safe here.
I would like more help getting dressed/undressed and the toilet seat is inadequate. I have asked for a different seat because this one has
a gap between the seat and toilet, which wets my clothing and help when this happens can be a while, but can't get the new seat and the toilet is difficult to flush but not broken so nothing is done about it.
The staff are friendly, although rushed off their feet. Overall I'm content living here.

I have no complaints about this home. I find staff all kind and dedicated to the care of residents, they always find time to answer any questions I may have. They show respect to not only residents but also family. I always feel I am kept informed with whatever is going on. The staff have a very demanding
job and always do the best they possibly can.

My father was admitted on palliative end of life care having suffered a massive stroke. The home were fabulous in their care of him. They always showed great care and the utmost dignity to my father in his time there. They always had his best interests at heart and ensured that his personal care and
comfort were at the forefront of their decisions. The staff were very caring in their treatment of dad who needed full nursing care. They took the time to feed him and ensure he was frequently checked. I would highly recommend this home as I couldn't have asked for anywhere better for him to spend his last few weeks. We had to find somewhere at short notice and could not have found anywhere better.

Sadly, my dad has been cared for in Sandringham since 2016. We have been and still are very happy with his care.
The care staff are so short on the ground but work tirelessly to make sure that each resident is looked after to the highest standards possible with the resources available to them.
Dad
is mostly settled and we know he loves "his girls". They don't hesitate to spend time with him when they can, especially if he's upset. We have got to know them so well and they have become friends to us too, always ready to listen when we need them. They always appear to be happy and cheerful even when we guess they aren't! When we have got concerns or questions, we don't feel unable to approach the management and have been helped as soon as possible. We wish them all a very merry Christmas and a good 2019. Thank you.

My husband has been a resident of Sandringham for the past four years. He suffers from mixed Alzheimers and dementia. He suffered a stroke which resulted in him unable to use his right leg and arm. I have no complaints about the care provided for him - the few carers work very hard and are, at all times,
patient and kind to each resident. I do feel that there are insufficient carers for the number of residents. There is little time for activities or anything to stimulate. For the first time in four years, my husband was taken into town in his wheelchair.

I feel very lucky that my husband, who suffers from Parkinsons Disease, is in a nursing home that I like and am happy with.
He is unable to stand or support himself in a sitting position. He has dementia and is doubly incontinent. The staff keep him comfortable, clean, fed and cared for day and night.
We can visit any time and are always made welcome.
Any suggestions or requests are always considered. His room is clean and pleasant, the food is good and his tablets are always given on time.

Lovely staff, wonderful accommodation, bright and airy and a happy place to be. Fantastic management and senior staff always happy to talk, very friendly. My dad is in this home and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a care home for there loved ones. The home is lovely and welcoming and the staff is great its like one big happy family and very welcoming. The manager is a lovely lady. I personally cannot fault Sandringham care home in
