All staff treat mum with care and affection. Standards of cleanliness are excellent. Mum enjoys the food and has choice. She also enjoys the activities on offer and joins in whenever she can. The home has a lovely atmosphere and mum has been happy for the two and a half years she has been there.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident for six months and I cant praise the staff highly enough. They are always smiling and you can see the rapport they have with the residents. They are very patient even with the residents who are confused. The manager is very approachable and reassuring and make families welcome. Food is excellent - so much so that my mother has put on weight. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Overall Experience

We cannot fault the quality of care, the environment and facilities offered to Mum for just over four months until she passed away earlier this month. Staff were caring and compassionate; Mum was treated as a special individual and we as a family felt included in all decisions about her care and treatment. Sadly she was too ill to enjoy much of the food on offer; the menus would not have been out of place in a 5 star hotel! Her room was spacious and comfortable and we thank everyone involved in looking after her.
