Well, run, friendly and attentive from all levels of staff. My mother settled in very quickly which provided us with great peace of mind knowing she was well cared for and safe.
The facilities are excellent with plenty of activities to allay boredom.

The staff provide us with timely and accurate information on my mother's condition.

Hillside Lodge is a lovely bright comfortable care home.
The residents' rooms are clean and bright with en-suite toilet facilities.
All the staff are friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeable and really look after residents well.

We certainly have no concerns about our father's welfare, he is looked after brilliantly day and night.

Overall Experience

The care home was very clean and welcoming. My brother had been in hospital and was unable to go home. The manager visited him in hospital and arranged for his stay at the care home. We were offered to visit and stay for lunch. We were very impressed with all the staff. The meal was lovely and my brother is well cared for, nothing was too much trouble.
