My aunt was taken into the care home for emergency respite following a fall at home.
The staff could not have been any kinder they made her feel so welcome.
They provide the best care and meals that I have seen in any care home.
The home has a lovely warm welcoming feeling.
It is clean and well
run.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone I know who would need care I visit at least once a week and find the home very clean and welcoming staff can't do enough for you nothing is ever to much trouble management is excellent and very approachble 10 out of 10 home

Staff, facilities and overall feel of the home is very friendly and warm. They go the extra mile to help residents and family members and nothing is too much trouble.


Rooms are clean and pleasant with ensuite, WC and sink. Plenty of arranged activities to suit all tastes and abilities. The home feels

like a community and after only 3 weeks my dad has settled in and says it's his new home.

Our friend has been a resident for several months now. The all-round care he is receiving from all the staff is first class. The office and care staff are on the ball with answers to any queries. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit.

I find the home nice. Nan went in there about a year ago when she had a bad fall. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and there is so much for her to do we have to arrange our visits around her social calendar!


She has gone from being isolated and independent in her own home to having assistance

but being surrounded by friendly residents and staff.

My grandad is well looked after.
The care staff all work hard and nothing is too much trouble.
The meals are good and the chef will cook something special if my grandad wants something different.
I can recommend this care home.

Since my mother entered the care home I have been very impressed with the level of care she has received since going in. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The home is always clean and always plenty of staff on hand to look after those in the home. My mother has been very happy
since moving in.

Hillside Lodge is an excellent care home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The home is always clean and tidy. My grandma is happy in here and always speaks very highly of the staff and says the quality of the food is excellent.

Well, run, friendly and attentive from all levels of staff. My mother settled in very quickly which provided us with great peace of mind knowing she was well cared for and safe.
The facilities are excellent with plenty of activities to allay boredom.
The staff provide us with timely and accurate information
on my mother's condition.

Hillside Lodge is a lovely bright comfortable care home.
The residents' rooms are clean and bright with en-suite toilet facilities.
All the staff are friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeable and really look after residents well.
We certainly have no concerns about our father's welfare, he is looked
after brilliantly day and night.

Vanessa has worked in the Elderly Care Sector for over 33 years. She started her career as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Unit Manager in 1991. In 2015, Vanessa joined as Home Manager. Vanessa has achieved a lot in her career, but her proudest achievement outside of her career would be deep-sea diving around the world! In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and going holidays.
