On first arriving to Preswylfa, I found it difficult to adapt to a completely different way of life. Having hitherto been used to, what may be called an "easy" life, but now I realised that I am compelled to adjust to my new circumstances and the soon, the better. I have, to date, succeeded, in as much
as I am happy here. I have numerous friends and carried out some useful tasks which have been much appreciated.

My aunt was very happy at Preswylfa, the staff were always helpful and available. Nothing was too much trouble. Friends and family were made to feel welcome at any time. Nursing care was excellent.

We chose this residence after looking at several. We found the organisation was well. There was an atmosphere of care and comfort and since my sister has been in the home, we are very pleased with the staff and she is a changed person.

My wife has been at Preswylfa for the last 18months. She has been very well looked after and her care has been excellent, in fact, she has improved a great deal since being at the home.
There have been no issues whatsoever and I would certainly recommend Preswylfa to anybody needing care.
