Our weekly fee is based on the choice of bedroom and the personal care needs required. Before admission, a professional team member will assess to understand the support and care your loved one requires within the home. A personalised and tailored care plan will be created and monitored daily using our electronic care system.
Home staffed 24 hours a day Meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), unlimited snacks and drinks Accommodation with bed & and bedding, towels, bedroom furniture, chair, curtains, lighting and individually controlled heating, Laundering of bedding, towels, and personal clothing (except dry cleaning) Unrestricted use of communal areas Cleaning and decoration of rooms Maintenance of grounds and gardens Wi-Fi access Range of in-house activities and external outings (excluding admission fees, if applicable) Care and daily assistance in line with assessment.

My grandmother has been a resident of Allt Y Mynydd care home for almost a year. The decision for her to become a long term resident in a residential home was a difficult one at the time. The care, support and upkeep at Allt Y Mynydd has made the transition a very positive experience. As a family, we are happy that our grandmother is being cared for to the best possible standard. Her physical, mental and social wellbeing are being nurtured in the best way and we are always welcomed to share meals, drinks and spend time with her as we please. We are so grateful for the care and support at Allt Y Mynydd not to just my grandmother but also to us as a family.

This is a beautiful home in lovely surroundings. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I have needed to speak to the manager on a couple of occasions and have found her to be approachable, knowledgeable and obviously have the resident's welfare at heart. Although the home needs a bit of facelift in areas, it does not impact on the overall comfort and warm feeling of the home.
All very helpful and friendly, especially when I come over to see Mum. As I live abroad and return 3 times a year I'm always welcome.

This is a lovely care home in beautiful surroundings. The staff are very welcoming, kind and caring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and everyone is helpful and always seem ready to assist as needed. The room was clean, bright and airy, and there were no unpleasant smells. The food on offer was generous and plentiful, with an excellent menu. My husband was very happy and obviously enjoyed his stay. He was impressed at having a daily shower and said it was top of the care homes. He enjoyed the interaction with the other residents, and also the Christian service given on Sunday.
