The standard of nursing care is excellent. Attention is paid to her oral and personal hygiene e.g. nails are trimmed and hair brushed. The ward sister is very professional and very caring and this is reflected in the staff.

Teresa has an engaging, welcoming personality and fosters a team spirit that promotes enthusiasm, engagement, and enjoyment. Teresa leads by example and is active in encouraging staff to provide hospitality to all people and their relatives coming into our home. To enable this approach, we have added a hospitality area named "Cynefin", translated into English as "sense of belonging". The area includes a variety of refreshments for people to access and relax whilst enjoying homemade fayre.A warm Welsh welcome is always available at Nazareth House Cardiff
