Our family friend stays here for respite care every so often, and we couldn't be happier with the support they receive. The home is always welcoming and accomodating to their individual needs. The staff are kind, friendly and make them feel valued and at home during every stay
With my sister having a learning disability I obviously worried for her ability to ask for assistance when needed and coping with living outside the family environment , I can honestly say my sister surprised us all with the way she settled in , she is so content and happy she looks on the staff as her friends and is treated in such a caring way . . It is a joy to visit her and see her so settled .
Ana did and have look after my parents.
Amazing.
I will be sure to pass on your comments to the staff and management team.

Since being at the Romilly he is happy, content, coming out of his room, talking more and has even made friends with other residents.
He has started to put on weight, enjoying the food and seems more like his self. I can't believe the change in him since he became a resident here.
The staff are lovely and will go out of their way to help and answer any questions you have , they are attentive and caring.
The home is clean and smells fresh. All the staff work extremely hard and are friendly and approachable.
Kind regards

The Romilly has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind and attentive. My interaction with the nurses and assistants is always helpful and informative. The room is basic and small, however my brother is comfortable there and happy with it. The manager, Sarah, is a joy. She is excellent. She understands completely my brothers needs and problems and deals with everything in a positive, kindly manner. Above and beyond in delivery whatever is required.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, we are very pleased your brother is being cared for well and the communicating with the nurses and Sarah is positive. We will pass on your comments to the team.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and kindness the staff have shown my husband since he moved into the home. The staff are always patient, compassionate and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Communication with us is also excellent, the staff always happy to update me, and answer any questions I have. The home is always clean and comfortable.
Thanks again Rita

The staff at the care home are always happy and willing to help, they have a great relationship with the residence from what I see and seem really happy to be working at the care home. The management team take a flexible approach in dealing with families of the residence depending on the special needs of the person which I feel is a very sensible way to work. If ever we need to ask for an adjustment, the team will do what they can to assist with this. We are never worried about asking for anything. The food always looks good and I feel confident my father is being well looked after and is in safe hands. This gives us all peace of mind!
I will be sure to pass on your comments to the staff and management.
Kind regards

The Romilly has been excellent looking after my mother who is registered blind and has dementia. She is settled and happy today which gives me peace of mind between visits.
I cannot fault the care and attention my brother has had at Romilly Nursing Home. He was only 65 when he moved in but every effort was made to accommodate him. All the staff are very caring and attentive, when at home he wouldn't eat but since being at the care home he is enjoying the food and has re-gained his weight. Fabulous team from management to carers.
