To see Mum smiling and enjoying life again after her long stay in hospital is an absolute delight. The staff are all friendly, helpful and warm. Nothing is too much for them. Mum is once again chatty and relaxed. Thank you all so much. It's such a relief to know you are all there for Mum when we can't be. The home is always clean, tidy, warm and cosy. The staff are always happy to greet us and make us feel part of their family.

My father has been staying at Romilly Nursing Home for several months now and I am delighted with the care he has been shown. Dad is settled and happy here and the staff are very attentive.

I always find the home and the staff to provide a safe and caring environment for my father. The staff, in particular, are always caring and sympathetic to my father's needs.

The activity team provide lots of fun and involves Dad in their daily activities with a smile and gentle touch.

My mother is looked after extremely well by all of the staff. Every member of staff seem to be caring and compassionate to my mother's needs.

We have found all staff to be very welcoming, kind and caring. Our mum has improved cognitively since being discharged from hospital and moving to Romilly and the activities coordinator and management have done their best to engage her in a range of activities. Her quality of life has been hampered hugely by ongoing issues with hearing aids and dentures. We are trusting these will be resolved as soon as possible.

I have turned up in some right states whilst dealing with the emotions around Dad being unwell and then myself mentally and have always been shown kindness. One member of staff even made me a coffee and sat with me and he probably has no idea how much he helped me keep going that day. Thank you so much.

Myself and my sister went to the coffee morning, we met a couple of staff and other family members of residents. The staff were friendly, and helpful and gave us good advice and information. They listen to our needs and any concerns we had. We are happy that our father is being well looked after.

All staff I have spoken to are friendly, and my brother is very happy there as they always call into his room and have a chat, so he is never left alone for too long. He is looked after very well by very caring staff. I cannot fault anything from what I have seen and from what my brother has said. I rate the staff as excellent. My brother has been in the home for fourteen months.

My mother has settled down very well with the help from the excellent staff.

My mum has been a service user for 7 years. She is bedbound and not once has she had a bedsore. The staff both carers and nurses do a marvellous job. They understand my mum's needs and always make sure she is happy.

I visited my sister in June, August and lastest today and I wish to congratulate and express my gratitude to all staff who, in my experience, are dedicated, hard-working and doing excellent work looking after her. It is a very demanding job and still, staff do it with a smile and good attitude.

Management are approachable and empathetic at all times.
