We, the family, were promised a new carpet in Mam's room when she came here in October 2015. The carpet near the bed sometimes feels a bit sticky.

The activities are very good although Mam is bedridden and over the years doesn't get out of bed now!

I would prefer to be 21 again but as this is unlikely, I cannot think of anywhere I would prefer to be. Everyone here cared about us and our well-being.

My mother was only in the care home for a very short time, but the care, dignity, respect and kindness shown to her and her family was second to none.
I work in the NHS myself so I know the level of care expected and this was certainly exceeded. I just wish that she could have been there longer.

The management and staff couldn't do enough for us. I wish all homes could meet the standards that Swn y Mor Care Home provides.

Swn-y-Mor care home is a very pleasant, caring home. It is always clean and the staff are always willing and helpful in caring for my mother. The entertainment provided is wonderful and there is always something going on to suit all tastes. The staff seem to go out of their way to make the residents stay as comfortable and happy as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending this care home to anyone. In my opinion, it is the best one in Port Talbot.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all the care they gave not only to my husband but to all of our family. We would not have been able to bear my husband's illness and eventual passing without their support. We will miss them all.
