My mum had 2 stays in SilverTrees, firstly in December as a resident on the general care floor and secondly in January 25 for palliative/end of life care.
At all times, the standard of care Mum received was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help Mum. The
deputy manager was absolutely exceptional and is a credit to her profession. Mum loved being there throughout her brief stay. She loved her room, the food and she really enjoyed the activities.
Mum's end-of-life care was first class. She was well cared for, kept warm and comfortable. We were treated with dignity and kindness at all times.

I cannot praise the staff enough at Swn-y-Mor. Their professionalism in the way they care for our mum has been outstanding. They stay in touch when needed to inform us of our mum's care and nothing is too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this care home, the members of staff are caring, warm

Love this care home, all staff are amazing. Plenty of entertainment for my dad, and they were very hands on and caring towards his needs. The admin staff and activity organisers keep us up-to-date with all news relating to future events - great nursing home.

My mother has been a resident at Swn-y-Mor for the last eight and a half years. She wanted to come to Swn-y-Mor when she was ready to go into a care home. She has been very happy there and used to be able to take part in a lot of the musical entertainment that the home puts on. All the staff are very
caring towards her, especially now as she is not in the best of health. We receive a warm welcome from management and caring staff when we visit.

Since my mother moved into Balquhidder I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the staff members we meet each visit .Everyone is friendly and helpful.Despite my mother being 92 years old and with dementia she is still able to take part in various activities provided thanks to the assistance
of the staff.The care home itself is cleaned to a high standard, homely and an all-round pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike.

My relative went into swn y mor in mid February towards end of life care the staff were absolutely fantastic to him from the cleaners to the managers they also took the time to ask if we were ok we were offered refreshments every day when the time came I spent whole days there and everyone was very
respectful and kind when my relative passed they had put flowers and a bible open at the 23rd psalm the two nurses assigned to him were absolutely wonderful kind and caring feeding him his medication of a little spoon one at a time so he could manage to swallow them I'd give them a hundred stars if I could if you have a relative lucky enough to be offered a place grab it with both hands places like this are rare we were so lucky to have them x

My Mum has been in this home for 2 years and has been on the nursing floor for 20 months. The care she has received has been wonderful, they show her the upmost respect and respect her dignity. She is bed bound and cannot do anything for herself but is very happy here and knows she is in the best place,
she smiles everyday which means so much to us, we visit her a lot, the staff are always so helpful and kind to us too.
The staff are very understanding of her needs both from the nursing staff and management. If we have any problems, which are very few they are sorted very quickly.
Her washing is always done very quickly to a good standard and her room is kept clean.
We are glad she's in this home.

My family member has a lovely bright room and enjoys the window view. Great to have a familiar care team and named nurse on each shift to promote individual care and make us feel valued and included re care needs. Good to have the opportunity to meet other residents and relatives for a little bit of
peer support and recent new activities and new menu well received. The personal touch make a big difference to mental wellbeing, such as time for informal chats with care staff, hairdresser, housekeepers etc Appreciation and Thanks for the ongoing commitment and hard work from management and the whole staff team.
