Kinnaird Manor Care Home

Any reservations I had were very short-lived for my wife's future care. Although she has been in Kinnaird Manor for only six weeks, the level of care she has received so far gives me the utmost confidence that she will continue to benefit greatly from her placement.

Excellent review. All points covered, no concerns at all. All staff pleasant and friendly. Happy with all aspects of care. My father is happy too.

We have found all the staff very helpful, friendly and very professional. We are kept informed of everything relating to the care of our mother eg how she is eating, sleeping etc. We are satisfied that our mother's needs are being met with great care and dignity as the staff are very respectful towards her. As a result of the good care she receives she is happy and content here which is a relief to the family.

And I think most of all, the ambience was always calm, peaceful, relaxed, caring and professional, no matter what day or hour we visited.

Kinnaird Manor Care Home is a very good home. In the 9 years, my father has been in Kinnaird Manor Care Home, I have not had any issues. The home keeps me informed and up to date on my father's health and well-being. Assessments are carried out on a regular basis and all the staff are a credit to Kinnaird Manor Care Home.

My mum is now unable to live on her own and has come to stay in Kinnaird Manor Care Home. She seems very settled and does not want to go anywhere else. She loves all the staff and is enjoying the food. She is very well looked after by everyone and goes out with staff on trips which she really enjoys.

I always get a warm welcome from the staff whenever I visit. I can find no fault with the care my father receives. Excellent.

The staff have been excellent since the day my mother arrived. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made my mother feel very settled and happy. She also is very pleased with the standard of food.
