Kinnaird Manor care home, situated in the in the quite residential town of Camelon in Falkirk, supports older people to lead their best lives with personalised nursing dementia care.

The lovely garden, which includes a special sensory area, is a favourite location to spend time with friends and family. With onsite bistro, hair salon and nail bar the residents have many areas to relax and unwind with relatives and friends.

All aspects of my dad's care were discussed in a friendly and relaxed manner. After the review, I feel confident my Dad is being cared for in the best possible place, with the best possible care and attention being given to him, with all his needs being met. Staff are excellent.

Kinnaird Manor is an excellent home. The staff are friendly, caring and professional. The facilities are good, meals are varied and there is always plenty of tea/coffee available. Dad is well cared for happy and safe.

Staff within the service have been extremely helpful, caring and supportive in dealing with the transition of my dad into the care home setting. They have also been very warm and welcoming when visiting my dad and most of all very well in caring for my dads needs, especially during trying times.

So far everything has been fine. Few niggles but nothing major. The usual laundry going astray. Also pieces of underwear not been worn but all in all fine. Possible lacking in showing relatives what residents are up to. No photos or list of activities posted anywhere obvious. Spoke to staff and this
may be remedied.

Dad and all the family are really pleased about the care provided 24/7. The staff are brilliant, and make sure dad has every opportunity to participate in activities and outings. He really enjoys his meals, especially the home baking. Thank you all.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, always got a smile and a warm welcome. From the top of the house to the bottom are brilliant. There's been a vast improvement in the home in the five years my wife has been there. The only thing that has not changed is the staff. They put the care into care
home as they do care.

My dad lives in Kinnaird Manor and is very well looked after. All staff are really good at looking after him. His meals are made for him as he has a gluten free diet. Can't praise the home enough.

This is an excellent care home for my mother. As a family we have been welcomed and supported by all kinds of staff and my mother's quiet complex needs are well catered for. I feel my mother's preferences and personality are known by activities manager and carers. Food, cleanliness and nursing care
seem to be exemplary. The only room foe improvement is in space to be in lounges and rooms/facilities for creative and group activities. The building does seem crowded in common areas, but there are plans to improve activities areas. I cannot speak highly enough of the kind and cheerful staff.

Mum is happy and content at Kinnaird Manor. All the staff are kind and caring and know the residents well. Her room is spotless and the public areas are clean and fresh. The gardens are lovely to sit in (when there is good weather) and the food is plentiful and appetising. The overall atmosphere in

I think Kinniard Manor is a very good place for my father to be. Very clean, very pleasant staff, beautiful gardens, spacious rooms and sitting rooms. Nurses and care staff very very nice. Father is quite content. We as a family are very happy.

This is my mothers second home. While I have no complaints about her first home. The difference in culture and practices had a positive effect both physically and mentally at least for a short while. My mother is at the end stages of her dementia, the staff are all very approachable and are willing
to spend time with you talking about any concerns you may have.
