Overall Experience
Mum has been in the home for nearly a month and I have noticed big improvements in her health and wellbeing.
She has got her appetite back and is enjoying all the home bakes and home-made food.
Carers all doing their best and always willing to listen to any concerns we have.
Management and nurses always there on hand if we need them.
Activities very good, always plenty for them to do.

I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to choose this home.

Everyone made us welcome and the staff went out of their way to help and looked after my wife. The carer who organised the activities is great.

My mum in law has been a resident at Cranford Care Centre for approximately 19 months. Each and every member of staff has treated her with dignity and care. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. As a retired nurse, I know how demanding a job it can be. Everyone works as a team. Well done!

I was very impressed with the facilities on offer at this care home. On talking with staff and management who were very friendly and described how everything worked seemed well organised from the care and support down to meals and activities and safety and security. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had everything close to hand you needed.

Overall Experience
My sister and I dropped in at Cranford Care Centre without an appointment and were welcomed with warmth, respect and kindness. We were shown around the home and facilities. The lady who showed us around made sure that we were able to see all aspects of the home and she answered all of our questions with openness. She explained the process regarding admission to the home and immediately made us feel that relatives were welcome and encouraged to be part of the care home family.

I am unable to comment personally on the care in the home, but I wanted to comment on the aspects that I did observe on our visit such as cleanliness which is very good and especially the immediate impression that we were made welcome as visitors and that the questions answered and involvement regarding relatives was part of the homes ethos.
