The Memory Lane staff have one of the most difficult jobs. One can only praise them all for their patience and care. Our father is not the easiest person and difficult to manage. We greatly appreciate Fairview's approach and understanding. Definitely five-star.

I have seen an improvement overall in the past four weeks. The homes welcoming and the staff are more friendly. The nursing staff are excellent. The corridors in the wings do not have that "distinctive" nursing home smell so often. Overall, quite happy with the care being provided.

Carers are excellent with Dad chatting with him and continuing support for him when he has been low this month, not eating and drinking very little and supporting my sister and I. Laundry does an excellent job washing 101 residents' clothes and delivering them back within a couple of days. The cleaning staff are always busy on the floor and rooms. Nurses are always available to explain about care and listen if I have any concerns and go act on them. The chef does a grand job.
