Overall Experience

I visit my mother-in-law every 2 months or so travelling from Glasgow. I have always been favourably impressed by the warm ambience of the home and the friendly professionalism of the staff. There seems to be a reasonable programme of activities for both physical and mental stimulation of the residents.

Review from Lynda G (Daughter of Resident) published on 30 November 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
This is a good well-run care home with lovely staff and an approachable manager.
Nothing is perfect for your relative but I have no complaints at all about the care provided.
If there is any small issue all it takes is a word with the manager and senior staff to resolve, e.g hair wash, cold drinks etc.

Overall very satisfied with the care provided. Rooms could do with a new coat of paint.
