Liz Cass brings over 15 years of dedicated nursing experience, having served as a nurse, charge nurse, unit manager, and deputy manager.
From April 2014 to December 2022, she managed the dementia unit at Colinton Care Home and held the position of Deputy Manager. After a brief period of career development, Liz returned to Colinton as the Home Manager, motivated by her passion for elder care.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys adventurous outings with her son, whom she considers to be her greatest achievement outside of her work.
She advises families to trust their decision when choosing a care home. Liz is deeply committed to the happiness and well-being of her residents, always going above and beyond to meet their needs.
In her own words Liz says “My love for working with our older generation has never failed me and my residents are at the forefront of everything I do. I will go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of everyone within the home. “
