Being of 'sound mind' but not body I have answered the ratings as best I can. I get very frustrated at times but play scrabble once a week, bingo (for a mars bar) twice a week. I have joined the book group (which has only met once) and the classical music group (which has met twice).

I read a lot in my room, knit for the cat and dog home and for the premature baby unit. Food could be improved, nursing care is good - dispensing pills. Occupational therapists are excellent. Carers - not enough of them, but good on the whole.

Overall Experience

Home has not been the same since last manager left, staffing levels are not as good, although the staff that are there just now are excellent with my relative. I have never seen the manager on the floor. Website needs updating, I have never seen or met any of the staff on the website working on my relatives floor, some of the staff on the website have now left.
