Having just had a Birthday celebration, can I say a big thank you to the kitchen staff for what they did and the carers and home for making the most of this day. Everyone went out of their way. So a big thank you to everyone. I would be willing to tell others of how this home is.

My dad is very clear to me that the staff are very kind and respectful and I have witnessed it too. They work hard and are very efficient and accommodating. We appreciate that the staff are very busy, but ideally, it would be great if the response time to the buzzer calls could be better, as sometimes the wait is quite long. The activities, in general, are enjoyable and appreciated e.g singing, bingo, quiz nights and trips out, are great.

My review is to thank and compliment the staff at Victoria Manor for their help and support in settling Mum into care, after a long stay in hospital. They have made her feel welcome, safe, warm and happy within the Holyrood unit. Please extend the family's thanks to all the staff, knowing that Mum is being well looked after.

My beloved dad was in Victoria Manor (Holyrood) for several months. Initially a few issues, but as my dad neared the end of his life, I cannot praise or thank all the staff enough in Holyrood, for the fantastic care they provided. Not only to my dad but also to the family. Our family will be forever grateful for the kindness, compassion and professionalism, the staff displayed.

My mother has been a resident in Windsor Hosue for over one year. The care she received is absolutely exceptional. How can I possibly give this review without mentioning all the excellent staff in Windsor? The lady who is in charge notifies me immediately on my mother's change of circumstances re health issues etc. All the rest of the team are wonderful!

Had an outside visit with my dad for the first time in over a year. The staff are great and pick my dad up when he is feeling low. They are always friendly to myself and family. The staff have been great with my dad, so thank you.

Mum moved into the home a week before lockdown, so it has been a difficult time. Mum is content and is being well looked after. She enjoys the activities. When I phoned the home, I was always updated on Mum's condition, and I got to speak to her directly. The staff are kept very busy. I cannot comment on the food or the cleanliness of the home as I have rarely been allowed in. Hopefully, this year, I will have more access and get a better idea of how the home runs.
