The administrator and manager make sure I get home okay.

I feel my cousin is very well looked after at Hillside View Care Home. Staff are all very welcoming and attentive to my cousin's needs. My cousin states he likes living at Hillside and would happily recommend your service to all friends and family if they needed a care service.

At Hillside View we are all one big family. Staff treat us all with respect at all times. We have had happy times over the last few weeks and it was good to have a normal Christmas. Management team are very helpful but very busy. Thank you team Hillside.

Very happy with the service provided at Hillside View. Generally my mother is happy with her life at Hillside View. Her dementia hasn't declined since her admission there. Staff offer great support and do truly care.

Before Covid we were regularly out in the community meeting people, managers door is always open home is clean and tidy.

All staff very helpful always available when I need them. Room clean and tidy. Have access to senior management at all times. Easy to talk and discuss things with.

Every time I come, I receive a lovely welcome. Staff are very friendly. My mother says she is happy and content staying here. She enjoys her game of bingo in the evening and afternoon. The home appears clean and tidy, and staff are very particular regarding health and safety surrounding Covid-19 procedures.

Mums room is extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities meet her needs. Staff communicate well to share/receive information, and this is on a regular basis. Mum is always clean and dressed. A soft food diet has been introduced as Mum currently has a teeth issue. Staff have accompanied Mum for hospital visits and have liaised with a range of health professionals. The home is a lively and happy place. Mum enjoys the range of activities but particularly enjoys the silent disco and the sing a long session. Bingo sessions are enjoyed too.

My mother has settled in really well and I think that is all down to the staff, each and everyone I've met has gone above and beyond to make my mum welcome. Her wee room is already her own but she spent most of her time in the dayroom. Thanks for looking after my mum.

Since my cousin has been a resident here I feel she is very content and settled. This is of great comfort to the family. We have mostly had garden visits due to Covid-19 and the lovely summer weather. I feel this is a bonus to my cousin's well-being overall. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous to both my cousin and visitors.

I have been a resident at Hillside View Care Home since 02/12/2019. I have been treated with respect and dignity. All staff have been so helpful through my stay and the manager has been supporting my independence. I would recommend of my age (46) to come and reside here.
