Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I was unable to view the care home before my mum was admitted. I am allowed a weekly visit and on seeing my mum and talking to her I have noticed a big difference in her shoe is always saying how good the staff are, lovely meals. lovely room and well looked after. The staff are always happy to update me about mum when I phone and also let me speak to her. My mum seems to have settled very quickly in the care home and she has only been there for 5 weeks. I feel the staff are doing a great job looking after mum and keeping me updated with everything about her.
