When my mum came in, she was really distressed and the staff were amazing in handling the situation and also helping me and my sister to understand the situation.
By Friday, my mum was eating in the dining room and mixing with other residents.
They really helped put my mum at ease and made a horrible
situation so much easier for us. We wouldn't move our mum only the home is too far away for family.

This has to be the worst example of a care home for the elderly I have seen. The smell is disgusting, staff do not listen to families nor do they communicate with families or each other. I cannot understand why Glasgow City Council think it is an acceptable place to allow elderly people to stay, needs
to be closed.

The care home is very kind to people who are at a bad time, my bad time was my husband died. I was lost as we never had any children and I didn't know what to do. I have always worked and I couldn't settle in our home without him, the care home has been very kind to me and I do all I can to help, I
knit a lot and have made a few scarves with any wool I can get.

My gran is very happy here she spends her time in the lounge as she likes company. Visits salon regularly likes listening to entertainers as she loves music. She has a drink when she asks. The staff are very attentive to her wishes. My gran has been moved to her room this has not caused her anyway due
to staff and how easy they have made it for gran and myself. Thank you also to the home manager for her thoughtfulness.

I spend my time relaxing in bed or watching tv when I wish. I like to sit at the fish tank chatting with the staff and residents and when my wife visits I like to sing. I enjoy watching the chair exercise class and sing to the music.

I spend my time in the lounge mostly, I watch tv and I like to read sometimes. I like entertainment and my birthday surprise a sing song in the lounge.

I love it here, I spend time in my room and watch tv or rest on my bed when I like. I like to spend most of my time in the lounge chatting with residents and staff. I find out what is going on, I play bingo and I enjoy my pamper days. I enjoy the entertainment and parties and sing along nights listening
to records with a wee drink.
I try to keep busy and walk around the gardens when the weather is nice. I go on our minibus outings. I love everything here and out in the minibus too.

I would love to stay in this home permanently, I love it the people are great. I get plenty of help and ever loving care from nurses and other staff. I enjoy the events and having a wee drink at Burns Night. I like the activities and the banter with the staff and other service users.

I spend my time between my room watching TV and the seated area where I like to look at the fish tank and chat to staff and residents. I enjoy going to the shop, have lunch with the residents. I think the activity is good though some I just feel are not up to joining. I enjoy raffles and entertainers.
At the moment my room is being upgraded and I am looking forward to this. I can't thank the staff here enough.

I spend my time in my room as I like time on my own watching tv. I like using our snack stations as they are free and I love the biscuits and I can help myself when I wish. I enjoy sitting near our fish tank, talking to other residents and staff, listening to records on our record player. I enjoy looking
and old photos. I enjoy it when my family visit sitting with a cup of tea in our new family room.

Very well run and efficient service. The place is spotlessly clean and the standard and quantity of the food is fabulous. All the residents seem happy and contented. They have plenty to occupy them and the place is always full of laughter. The staff are brilliant and I would not hesitate to highly recommend
