I am sorry you are disappointed with the staffing however, we do use a dependency tool that calculates hours required for individual residents. I am the new manager who has just started here mid-April and it is something that I will continue to monitor and change when required using the tool which the staff in the unit complete. The rooms are all being refurbished in the home and the bathrooms are being updated to ensuite wet rooms. This is a planned refurbishment of the whole of the home.
Highly recommend. My Father has been an in-patient since last December until the present time. The manager and her team have been an absolute credit to their employers. Their caring, professional attitude and their sensitivity to his personal needs are second to none.
