Carnbroe Care Centre is a modern, purpose-built care home offering flexible care of residential, nursing, dementia, palliative, and respite care. With 73 ensuite bedrooms, the home is arranged over two floors, divided into four households offering high-quality and person-centred care.

The homes offer multiple relaxing lounges, dining rooms, and activity areas, a reminiscence room for memory support, a TV lounge, and beautifully landscaped gardens with seating for enjoying the fresh air.

I am extremely satisfied with the care my mother receives. My mother settled in the home quickly and the difference in her moods and personality has been amazing
She is always clean and tidy and her room is spotless The activities are excellent and the staff are excellent and my mum receives a high
quality of care. So thank you for looking after my mum.

The team at Carnbroe Care Centre are second to none. They love and care for my aunt like their own family. There is always activities to keep the residents stimulated and they keep me updated on her needs and progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carnbroe to any family.

My husband has been here for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for the care he gets. Every member of staff are exceptional and we are all so grateful for the love and attention he gets x Nothing is any trouble and we are always kept informed of his condition

Mother-in-law entered Carnbroe Care Centre direct from hospital. Changes had a very negative impact on her mood and behaviour. Staff were excellent with family. They were truthful about her behaviour but reassured us that she would settle. And she did.
She chooses mostly to remain in her very pleasant
room but has ventured to the lounge to participate in some of the many and varied activities arranged by the activities staff.
It is so reassuring to family that she is being looked after. Various chest and urinary infections are quickly identified and responded to. Staff keep family updated of any changes.

My mother was placed into the care home just under a year ago. I can honestly say that the difference it has made to my mum, regarding her care, has been exceptional. Carnbroe Care Centre was amazing with my sister's care, she had really bad dementia but her care was so good. My sister-in-law is a carer there and it gives us great comfort knowing she had someone there who knew her personally. Sadly, she passed away on June 3rd with her family all around her.

My mum and dad both went into Carnbroe Care Centre in July 2021. Sadly, we lost our mum in September and then our dad in October of this year but the love and care they received from all staff was absolutely brilliant. Will never forget the care and support we were given by staff as my parents got to
end-of-life care. We will never be able to thank them enough for keeping them safe and well cared for in their final year.

Carnbroe Care Home was an excellent choice for my dad. The staff here provide excellent care not only for my dad but also his family. The staff show daily that they do actually care for their residents and don't treat them as simply just their job. I was initially concerned about my dad going into a
care home but the actions of the staff here have more than reassured me, not only of the first-class care he gets but also that he's safe.

Fantastic service provided by the staff, they go above and beyond. I visit my gran normally three times per week and there is always plenty going on in the home, the activities staff arrange things to keep the residents occupied. Would definitely recommend this care home.

My mum was in Carnbroe Care Home for almost three years. She was well cared for and looked after most importantly, as some of her time was during Covid.
I cannot thank the staff in Katrine unit enough for making the last years of her life safe and comfortable. They look at the patient as a whole and
give the care they need.
In her last two weeks, the end-of-life care she received was second to none! Great, hardworking team! Thank you.

Having reviewed other care homes in the area, we made an excellent choice in Carnbroe Care. From staff, from office to the caterers and male and female carers was first class. They are working in sometimes difficult circumstances, especially during this lockdown but at all times they put our relatives,
my brother, first in everything they do, right to the end. Thank you all.

I visit Carnbroe Care Centre a number of times in past few months to see my aunt and always find the staff extremely friendly. The home atmosphere has become very peaceful and welcoming and the new home manager and two deputies are very welcoming and approachable. My aunt has dementia and she is well
cared for and supported. New cook changed the menu and the meals are very delicious. My aunt was very happy and settled and would recommend Carnbroe Care Centre in Coatbridge. There are two seniors working in downstairs units who are very caring and had made a lot of difference to my aunts quality of life.
