Carnbroe Care Centre

Having reviewed other care homes in the area, we made an excellent choice in Carnbroe Care. From staff, from office to the caterers and male and female carers was first class. They are working in sometimes difficult circumstances, especially during this lockdown but at all times they put our relatives, my brother, first in everything they do, right to the end. Thank you all.

Staff provide excellent care consistently and have been very supportive through difficult times such as COVID-19. The daily practices have ensured residents are safe and well cared for, something which residents and family appreciate greatly.

I visit Carnbroe Care Centre a number of times in past few months to see my aunt and always find the staff extremely friendly. The home atmosphere has become very peaceful and welcoming and the new home manager and two deputies are very welcoming and approachable. My aunt has dementia and she is well cared for and supported. New cook changed the menu and the meals are very delicious. My aunt was very happy and settled and would recommend Carnbroe Care Centre in Coatbridge. There are two seniors working in downstairs units who are very caring and had made a lot of difference to my aunts quality of life.
