Overall Experience

My Mum was in two care homes previously. However, we moved her to Woodside on the 13th December 2016. What a changed woman. My mum came back from the living dead. At 95, now a very happy old (very old) lady that served her country by working in an ammunition factory during the 2nd world war. Woodside care home is a true and loving home for all the residents. All the staff treat the families with respect, not dismissing them to "go and live your life, your Mum is now our responsibility now" as a previous home told us. Woodside is a loving care home (God bless)

Overall Experience
The care my Mother received was excellent.
The staff cared for my Mother as if she was their own. Nothing was a bother and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff were always kindly and when we asked if they could help my Mother they were quick to respond.
The staff went out of their way to comfort and support our family leading up to the last days of my Mother's life.
The kindness the staff showed can never be repaid.
They were always professional at all times and appeared to enjoy their work immensely.
They were always smiling and happy.
My Mum responded to their kindness to the very last.

On behalf of our family, we thank all the staff from the bottom of our hearts.
