Dad has settled so well in this care home and is extremely happy and content. Every staff member is happy and focused on the care of the residents fully. The level of care, support and attention dad receives is very high. Always staff on hand to help when needed and the facility is kept to a very high standard in terms of cleanliness etc. Highly recommended facility as far as we are concerned.

We visited a number of care homes before deciding on Forefaulds Nursing Home. When we visited unannounced every member of staff was involved with a resident which was a first in all the facilities we had visited. In our experience this home and especially the staff are second to none. They all go above and beyond any requirement of them with the care and attention they show and could not be more welcoming when we visit each day The quality of food served is excellent also. I cannot compliment them enough as I know my mum is in the best of care.

The staff are very caring and cheerful and there is a pleasant atmosphere in the home. Any issues with my mother-in-laws health have been picked up by the staff and medical intervention sought where necessary.

Since placing our family member in this care home it has given us as a family more quality time to spend with them. Also the staff have been outstanding in the care and attention given to detail with personal care, socialising with theme days and raffles where they invite family. Staff interact with residents doing crafts and knitting, making cakes. The home honors everybody's birthday celebrations. As family members we trust the staff and are alerted as soon as a problem arises. We are so glad that we have a body of good people to put our trust in.
