Our weekly room fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly room fees start from 1274, but may be more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.

If you choose a care home based in Scotland, you may be eligible for the Scottish Government's Free Personal Care funding of up to £248.70 per week (if you are over the age of 65) and Free Nursing Care funding of up to £111.90 per week. This support is is not reflected in this fee amount.
