Many thanks for your kind words regarding the team we are delighted that you feel listened to and all issues are dealt with. The unit that your mum lives on did undergo an extensive refurb with all rooms painted including corridor and the communal area undergoing a full refurb. As always i listened and the chair has been replaced. We are currently undergoing further upgrades to the home and the note on the carpet has been taken on board. Once again many thanks for your kind comments the staff and myself are delighted. Michelle
