I have just returned home after visiting my Mum, she was admitted in mid-February. As I live down south and don't get to see my Mum regularly, I have come home extremely happy knowing she is having excellent care. The staff are caring, understanding and attentive to all her needs and to all the other residents. The newly redecorated sitting room on her floor is lovely. Many thanks once again to you all.

My mum has been a resident for over five years. Her health has declined during this time. All the staff have been very caring and professional in providing her with a safe and happy place to live. The staff have thoroughly done their best to help my mum with all her needs.

Wife in an advanced state of dementia and is bed bound. Treated respectfully by staff and is comfortable and spotlessly clean.

First impression of Springhill was overall a feeling of a very comfortable happy home. Staff were very helpful and informative. Mum is very settled here and her mental health has greatly improved as she has plenty of stimulation by staff and has made friends with other residents. Myself and family are extremely pleased with her care here. Best wishes to all and continued success. Thank you.

My wife has been a resident for 5 years and I am still happy to have her cared for in Springhill. The previous owners did not have my confidence but the care staff and others have always compensated for short comings.

This present transitional period is being managed well with minimum disruptions and with evidence of improvement to come. If all care staff could be brought to the standard of the best in the home then the overall standard would be enhanced greatly.

I have no reason to consider an alternative care setting.
