We are very happy with the care my brother receives in Claremont. I am happy to recommend Claremont to any interested party. My husband and I are delighted with the welcome we receive with each visit.

The home always seem to be well run and welcoming, they've had a few problems with bugs, resulting in the home being closed to visitors, but this is the correct action to take. My mother always seems very happy with everything and enjoys all the meals and activities. Long may it last.

Catherine Potts

Job Title: Home Manager

“For me, kind care is always being respectful and ensuring that Residents maintain their dignity throughout their care journey.”


As a Registered Nurse, Catherine has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Catherine closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Claremont.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Catherine remarked:


“There’s nothing more rewarding than making a difference to the lives of Residents and their loved ones.”


Outside of work, Catherine likes to wind down with a good book, she also enjoys cycling and spending with her three beautiful grandchildren.
