The care my mother receives is generally very good.
However, it is rather unfortunate the high turnover of staff, and whilst training is given it can take some time for care staff to get used to the residents and the working of the home.
The meals supplied seem to be of good quality, but some elements
could possibly be improved upon. I understand the need for simplicity in the kitchen when catering for so many people, but sometimes this can lead to a lack of quality in certain respects.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are currently reviewing our Winter menu to ensure there is more variety of food choices, including seasonal vegetables etc, and to be prepared according to the clients' liking.
All staff undertake training on a monthly basis so staff can continuously provide the optimum level of care, adhering to clients' preferences and choices, and we will strive to maintain staff continuity on each designated floor.
