This friendly home offers many areas for residents to relax and socialise with friends and family as well as many fantastic amenities which include a lovely garden which is tended by residents, on-site hair salon and cinema room. The range of lovely dining areas enable residents can relax and enjoy dining with family and friends.

Community is an integral part of life at Riverside View, and the team is dedicated to supporting residents in building strong relationships in the Dundee neighbourhood, by organising events with local schools, charities and businesses in the area.

I was generally very impressed with the standard of care and support provided for my mother during her time here. The staff and managers were approachable and informative throughout. She has recovered very well and is ready, fit and able to depart.
My only criticism is with the inability to regulate
the heat in the room. The underfloor heating was on permanently and could be uncomfortable, particularly as the weather was particularly hot outside. All said a really good facility. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding Riverside View. We are happy that your experience is mainly, a very positive one. Due to the underfloor heating system, we are unable to control the temperature in individual bedrooms however the maintenance operative can alter the temperature in specific areas of the home and he will now review this in response to outside temperatures.

The nurses/care assistants are so helpful and supportive and have been there caring for every need I have had. A cheerful disposition and positive atmosphere are always portrayed by the assistants. My family are always made to feel welcome. There is a good choice of meals to suit all tastes. The unit
is kept cozy and clean with a homely decor throughout. Physios and occupational therapists are very helpful.

I could not have asked for better support and care for my mother.
She was extremely well looked after, fed, supported and helped back onto her feet.
Myself and my mother have nothing but highest praise for the kind, caring and very welcoming staff.

My stay at the start was very hard but after a few days, the staff have helped me get through the hard times. Without them, God knows where I would be. That's from the bottom to the highest. Simple things like talking to me, making sure I'm okay and putting a smile on my face. So, from the bottom of
my heart thank you, everyone, at Riverside View.

Very good experience. Was well looked after, staff seemed to care and willing to help. If I was having a poor night, the night shift would get me drinks and help me to get rested. My health improved while I was there and I found it a very peaceful place. It can only be of benefit to be in such a peaceful
environment and I would come again should I need it.

I could not fault Riverside View in any way. It is very well run and has outstanding staff who all get on together which gives a very happy atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good with an excellent choice. The bedrooms are comfortable and the whole place is spotless. Each resident
is treated as an individual and all requirements and requests are attended to promptly. A very happy, well-run place.
