I was generally very impressed with the standard of care and support provided for my mother during her time here. The staff and managers were approachable and informative throughout. She has recovered very well and is ready, fit and able to depart.
My only criticism is with the inability to regulate
the heat in the room. The underfloor heating was on permanently and could be uncomfortable, particularly as the weather was particularly hot outside. All said a really good facility. Thank you.

The nurses/care assistants are so helpful and supportive and have been there caring for every need I have had. A cheerful disposition and positive atmosphere are always portrayed by the assistants. My family are always made to feel welcome. There is a good choice of meals to suit all tastes. The unit
is kept cozy and clean with a homely decor throughout. Physios and occupational therapists are very helpful.

I could not have asked for better support and care for my mother.
She was extremely well looked after, fed, supported and helped back onto her feet.

My stay at the start was very hard but after a few days, the staff have helped me get through the hard times. Without them, God knows where I would be. That's from the bottom to the highest. Very good experience. Was well looked after, staff seemed to care and willing to help. If I was having a poor night, the night shift would get me drinks and help me to get rested. My health improved while I was there and I found it a very peaceful place. It can only be of benefit to be in such a peaceful
environment and I would come again should I need it.

I could not fault Riverside View in any way. It is very well run and has outstanding staff who all get on together which gives a very happy atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good with an excellent choice. The bedrooms are comfortable and the whole place is spotless. Each resident
is treated as an individual and all requirements and requests are attended to promptly. A very happy, well-run place.
