I have been here (Bluebell Unit) for over three weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I find the food is very good and I enjoy having my own room as well as a bathroom. The staff are kind and treat me with respect.

I have been relaxed and content here and comfortable. Relaxed in the company of staff they made me feel I am someone worth caring about.

All the staff are sensitive to the resident's needs and encourage resident's to take part in daily activities. I have found my stay very enjoyable due to the staff.

My late father, who was ill with vascular dementia, always remarked that he was well looked after there. That isn't something he would have done if this wasn't the case.

Our ethos is to provide kindness in care at all times and we are delighted that you found them to be excellent and we have relayed that to them. However, we are of course disappointed that you found the medical coverage, not to your expectations and we have passed this to the NHS.
Genuine dedication - care given to mum, felt comfortable mum being there. She was well looked after, activities etc... Were brilliant. I was made so welcome every time I visited. Care was so good mum chose Riverside View to be her resting place.

Bluebell Unit - Staff friendly and helpful, when pressing buzzer staff respond immediately. Food very good, no complaints. I have received excellent care, no problems.
