Settled in well an feel I am being well looked after. The staff are very caring and kind. Enjoying the home cooked meals worried my clothes won't fit shortly with all the good food I am getting. Room very comfortable.
Very happy here. I am glad the family made this choice.

My mother in law has been here in Catmoor House Care Home for over 2 and a half years. The care has always been to a very high standard. Staff are always very professional in the way they deliver it and cannot thank them enough. As the end of her life was drawing near, the love and care they gave to
my mother in law was really special. The staff made us feel as if we were the only people in the home, they were around us all the time. They made us feel like my mother in law was in her own home and got her wish on how she wanted to die and staff enabled this.


Staff kept checking we were OK offering food and rest. Thank you Catmoor House Care Home.

My mother had a respite stay in April 2017. From the large nicely decorated rooms to the dedicated care of the neat and tidy staff, everything was ideal for her stay. Very likely to consider here again of needed.

My late husband was - sadly - in the home for a very short time, but settled in very quickly and was obviously happy to be there. The staff were exceedingly helpful and kind to patients and family and friends alike.
I am planning to leave in June and return to Cape Town where my family are all living.
So
thank you for helping my husband over his last days so very well and kindly.

Review was done with my mother present and was carried out with dignity by the line supervisor and social care worker. There was also a care worker present. I am extremely happy with the care my mother receives and I know that my mother is very happy at Catmoor, making life so much better, both for
her and myself, and the rest of her family.

Mum has now been at Catmoor House Care Home for three months and has settled well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Her room is lovely and she is enjoying the company and the food. We are relieved to have found a home where we know she is well cared for 24 hours a day and is safe. She loves the activities

When you walk into Catmoor, it's like walking into a top class hotel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
The manager is always ready to listen to any concerns and makes sure that you are happy with the residents.
If I had to go into a care home myself, that's where I would want to be.

The level of care and attention is exceptional.
My grandmother is very happy in her environment.
There are many activities ongoing which keep the residents active.
The home is always kept clean and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Nothing is too much trouble at any time.
The staff always
make time for my children who are only four years and nine years old. So much so, they love coming to see their great granny.
The manager runs the home like clockwork which deserves recognition.

I viewed all care homes with nursing care in Perth and settle on 'Catmoor House Care Home' as my first choice. My husband has settled extremely well and I have been very pleased with my choice. 'Catmoor House Care Home's' situation and garden surroundings are excellent. Within 'Catmoor House Care Home',
the decor and furnishings avoids an institutional atmosphere and encourages a feeling of homeliness. Residents can enjoy a freedom of movement. Management and staff are welcoming and available and for discussion if there are any concerns. There is, however, an area which could improve. Personal care by carers would benefit from training and spot checks in the use of toiletries, care of clothing and general tidiness.

Mum sadly deteriorated due to not eating enough. She will have her annual review soon, which I hope she can get some dietary help. I am still very happy with the care she is given.

I have visited for 11 months two to three times per month. There has never been a "bad moment" every visit has been worthwhile and my friend is being looked after so very well. The management team are so professional and skilled. So rewarding to see this care home working so well to such a high standard.
The courtesy and empathy of the team is of a very high standard. My mother-in-law is 95 and struggling. We have her name on the admission list Catmoor is our choice of a care home!
