Very informative in my mother's health and well-being. Very caring towards my mother, cheering her up, doing her nails and hair etc. Great entertainment for residents to keep them happy and amused, all staff are great and very pleasant. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

I was very pleased with the standard of care provided by Carnalea Care Home. The staff were professional and friendly, and my father was very happy there. There is a great team spirit, and residents and guests were made to feel very welcome.

The overall accommodation is of a good standard. The staff, especially the nursing and care team are very professional, helpful and supportive.
The one area I have a negative comment on is the lack of resources and facilities provided by Four Seasons to the activities for residents, particularly in
the dementia care respect.

Mum has been in Carnalea for over 6 years now. And we as a family are so pleased at the treatment she has received from all staff and carers in the time she has been there. Especially during the Covid pandemic, they are all to be commended for their dedication to their profession.

My family and I would not have survived the last year without the care and support provided by the staff in Carnalea Care Home. They kept my Mum safe and cared for which provided much-needed peace of mind. She was always treated with dignity, her pain was managed and in her last weeks, the kindness
we were all treated with eased our pain as she went on her final journey.

Staff are excellent, professional without being 'antiseptic' (i.e. cold and impersonal).
Food needs to be improved, quality is barely adequate.
Room fit and finish is excellent but room size is very small.

Mum was moved to Carnalea from another home in agreement of my siblings, after two weeks mum had settled in and enjoying it. The staff are friendly and very approachable. Mum loves the food and sometimes joins in when there is entertainment or quiz or somesuch. The whole family are very happy as mum
seems happy.

We are so grateful that our mum is in Carnalea Care Home. Every member of staff and senior management are very attentive and nothing is a bother. Our mum absolutely loves it here and has settled in very quickly. We have had the experience of many care homes for other family members and this is undoubtedly

As I was at the care home for respite because I had a broken hip. I was able to get up every morning, dress and wash myself so I really didn't need much help. I found the staff lovely, very friendly and as they passed by my room, asked how I was feeling. I even learnt how to play bingo, it was an experience,
mostly good.

In the period of time my husband has been here, I find he is treated with the utmost care and respect. His room is spotless and nothing is too much trouble for staff for his welfare and family are treated the same.
I would not have him anywhere else.

My mother-in-law has been in Carnalea Care Home for just over 4 weeks now. The staff have been extremely good to her who is extremely unwell. We could not have picked a nicer environment for her to be cared for at this stage of her terminal illness. I would highly recommend Carnalea Care Home to anyone
looking for a loving caring environment for their elderly loved one.

Lovely plan. Staff are extremely friendly and personable. We are so very happy that our relative is resident here. The treatment of the residents is extremely good. We have a great rapport with all members who go out of their way to be helpful.

During the duration of my husband's residency in Carnalea Care Home (5 and a half years) both in the Featherstone Wing and the nursing dept, I found the home to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly, kind and supportive. The care given to my husband was excellent and the nursing staff were
very attentive and very quick in requesting a doctor or ambulance if required and also very good at keeping you informed if anything was wrong. I think they all do an excellent job and I would recommend this care home to anyone.
