They have been extremely accommodating when we have organised family gatherings in the home and have found the overall experience very good.
It gives our family such peace of mind knowing he is safe and well looked after by the wonderful staff at Carnalea Care Home. The go beyond their job to look after and make my dad feel loved and cared for. A wonderful home with so much love for the residents.

Simply cannot recommend this care home highly enough. All their staff were caring and compassionate when my mother was admitted for palliative care in her last days. They went above and beyond to make my mother pain-free and comfortable in the time she was there and liaised with the GP practice to make sure she was properly medicated. Whilst we were there, they did everything they could to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The home was very clean and the staff are constantly making sure the needs of the residents are catered for.
Very informative in my mother's health and well-being. Very caring towards my mother, cheering her up, doing her nails and hair etc. Great entertainment for residents to keep them happy and amused, all staff are great and very pleasant. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

I was very pleased with the standard of care provided by Carnalea Care Home. The staff were professional and friendly, and my father was very happy there. There is a great team spirit, and residents and guests were made to feel very welcome.

Mum has been in Carnalea for over 6 years now. And we as a family are so pleased at the treatment she has received from all staff and carers in the time she has been there. Especially during the Covid pandemic, they are all to be commended for their dedication to their profession.
