During the duration of my husband's residency in Carnalea Care Home (5 and a half years) both in the Featherstone Wing and the nursing dept, I found the home to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly, kind and supportive. The care given to my husband was excellent and the nursing staff were
very attentive and very quick in requesting a doctor or ambulance if required and also very good at keeping you informed if anything was wrong. I think they all do an excellent job and I would recommend this care home to anyone.

I found that the care and support my brother, at a very difficult time of his life, was given by all the staff he came into contact with, especially the staff nurses, who provided all of his medical needs were excellent.
My brother was peg fed and needed constant medical care provided by the staff
nurses who advised me with updates on his care especially when he needed urgent hospitalisation. I was very satisfied with Carnalea Care Home and the care it provided.

I was only there for a week of respite and I had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the best compliment I can make is that if I needed to go into a home on a permanent basis, I would have no hesitation in entering this home.
