Mum has been a resident since August 2023, she is now moving to another caring homes home, to be nearer to family. Overall our experience has been positive, staff have kept us updated on Mum's care, and reception staff always welcoming. Impressed with the cleanliness, facilities offered at Homefield and the activities which Mum has enjoyed immensely. We believe she has been well cared for during her time at Homefield. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and compassion, wishing you all the very best.

Dad has been a resident for over a year and I have been impressed by the continuity of care staff and the communication and support we've experienced as a family. The care staff/nurses have taken the time to get to know Dad and treat him with dignity. They feedback brilliantly to the family and have time to talk through issues. The rooms are a little tired and email responses regarding admin (and finance from the central office) are slow at times. I feel Dad is safe and well looked after and would recommend Homefield Grange to others.

His catheter needs were professionally dealt with and the strict timing of his drug regime adhered to.
Cannot comment on the activities for residents as he had a lot of visitors and was probably not available when they took place.

My Dad had been resident in Homefield for nearly 12 months, sadly he passed away peacefully at the end of September. But the care, love and attention he received by the team at Homefield Grange has been excellent. Although he was suffering from dementia and was often confused he really felt at home. We all considered the Homefield Grange team as part of our extended family. In addition to looking after Dad, they also provided great support to my Mum. I would particularly like to thank staff for their care and support. The recent outings they organized for Mum and Dad were so good. My thanks to you all.

Attended my grandad's 100th party - the staff were extremely attentive to his needs. It was obvious they were aware of his likes/dislikes and showed great care in making sure that all the family were looked after, including providing flowers and cards off their own backs.

Actually, my mother was at Homefield Grange Care Home for over a year. Prior to arriving there, when she was still in her own home receiving daily care, she had been taken to hospital 6 times over a period of 18 months with various infections, as well as pneumonia. Her cognitive capacity seemed to suffer heavily as a result. After arriving at Homefield Grange Care Home, both her health and cognitive powers returned very quickly. She didn't need to be taken to hospital once during her stay there and normal conversation also returned. I felt that in every way possible, all the staff at Homefield Grange Care Home took their job title as "carers" to the absolute max. My mother was properly looked after in every respect and I am very grateful to them indeed.

I have been a resident for the past 4 years and have been very happy. The care and friendliness of the staff have been wonderful. Covid has made things rather difficult, but everyone has been very diligent and have kept us safe.
