Seacroft Grange Care Village operates a protected meal time system to allow the team to focus on the residents and making sure they get the most from their dining experience.
The home politely asks visitors to observe these meal times, to allow residents to enjoy their meal in a quiet and relaxed environment. Visitors are more than welcome to join their loved one at meal time with prior arrangement.

Recently, essential fire safety works required additional contractors onsite, which unfortunately caused some disruption and delayed our usual housekeeping turnaround times. While we have addressed these issues promptly when brought to our attention, we understand that this should not have impacted your mother’s experience, and we are committed to restoring and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. We are sorry to hear that your mother struggled to dry her hair in the room due to there not being a mirror. We always aim to ensure resident's rooms are comfortable and fully equipped for all residents needs. Please be assured that the Home Manager would have been happy to order a mirror for the room if this was raised to them, however we apologise for any inconvenience caused, nevertheless.
