Created exclusively for people living with dementia, Linden House brings together specialist expertise with an environment designed to feel calm, uplifting and reassuring. Set in the coastal town of Lymington, the home reflects the latest thinking in dementia care while helping every resident continue to live with confidence, familiarity and purpose.
Life unfolds within smaller household communities, where consistent teams take time to understand each person's story, routines and preferences. Bright interiors, sensory gardens and thoughtfully designed living spaces support independence while encouraging meaningful social connections and moments of quiet reflection.
Rather than expecting residents to fit around the home, daily life is shaped around the individual. Whether enjoying music, creative activities, gardening or time with loved ones, every experience is adapted to suit personal interests and changing needs.
Specialist dementia care is delivered with warmth, patience and deep understanding by colleagues who appreciate that wellbeing extends beyond clinical support. As part of the award-winning Colten Care group, recognised as the 2025 National Care Award winner for Medium-Sized Provider and a carehome.co.uk Top 20 Group for 11 consecutive years, Linden House combines nationally recognised expertise with an environment designed exclusively around the needs of people living with dementia. Freshly prepared meals, attentive hospitality and maintained surroundings create an environment where residents feel secure, valued and at ease.

The whole team are completely professional providing holistic care in a very positive happy environment. This isn't the first nursing home my mother has been in but its is by far the best.

Having felt that I have lost my wife to Alzheimer's at an early age, I found it very hard. Linden House and all the team have given myself and my family the confidence and reassurance that we desperately needed. I would highly recommend Linden House to anyone. I can't thank them enough.
