Overall Experience

A very appealing and modern environment, easy access round the home and garden. Overall very pleased with my dad's respite stay. Maybe communication between the staff could be improved, for example; information given to one shift was not always passed on the the next shift or management. Also there were times when I was visiting - that my dad was left for up to 20 minutes after asking to use the toilet before assistance came.

Overall Experience

My first impression of Braeburn were warm and welcoming. I could see immediately that no expense had been spared regarding furnishing. The whole atmosphere for me spoke of relaxing, don't worry about anything. That feeling has never gone away and I can go home knowing that my dear husband is in good hands and nothing is too much trouble. The carers are all hard working and will do pretty much everything you could want. I admire them all. Yes it is expensive and in my view worth every penny. I can go home after visiting knowing that my husband is in good hands. Thank you all for everything you do.
