This has been like staying in a highly recommended first class hotel, you should be proud of all the people you employ, they are joyful, caring and very polite. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks here after my hip operation. If even I have cause for a care home again - This will be it! The food has been tasty but a little more variety would be nice, the soups are a credit to the chef.

Overall Experience

I have always found the staff to be kind and considerate when visiting my friend at Haddon Hall and have been welcomed with a cup of tea and coffee. Facilities were clean and to a high standard. The residents have been encouraged to join in activities and my friend was eager to tell me she had planted plants on the balcony. The menu seemed varied and of good choices. Well done Haddon Hall!

My wife has only been staying at the care home for just over one week, but find every member of the staff have been most helpful to from the fist time I made enquiries. My wife has been in care homes for five and a half years in Cheshire and a short stay in Buxton In short space of time I new it was the next best thing for my wife to be. The home is clean and homely the food and the staff are tip top. Only just over a week so we will see, but in the short stay we have been here it looks good.

Hello, my name is Richard Vaughan, and I am the Client Services Manager here at Haddon Hall.

Having worked in customer service for most of my life, I take pride in putting people first and ensuring service is king. When I joined Haddon Hall I was delighted to see how nice, warm and friendly the team here are and how special they make our residents feel.

My role as client services manager involves supporting people through the process of choosing a care home and offering advice, guidance, reassurance and compassion for individuals and their loved ones. I feel very honoured and humbled to have the opportunity to be able to help at each stage of the process, from showing people around our home to assisting them on moving-in day and everything in between.
